Application:
The
Time Delay “OFF” Controller operates as a single output
controller where the application requires restrictive activation of
a utility with a delay “OFF” after first activation.
This
unit is ideally suited for shower units in correctional facilities
or drug testing facilities where operation or use of the showers or
lavatory facilities is to be limited to specific time periods, where
operation “ON” can be established by authority.
Style 44’s use includes wash-down systems where
predetermined cycled operation is required but with capabilities of
short cycle activation on demand.

The
delay “OFF” relays are housed in a remotely located enclosure
with screw-on cover.
The active “ON” switching incorporates a momentary
key-switch for Operation and a push-button “STOP” switch for
immediate deactivation and are mounted on a stainless steel wall
plate.

Operation Styles 41 and

The unit has been
factory set to operate for 2.5 hrs. upon activation.
The time delay relay may be set for any interval between 0
and 3 hrs.
Short Cycle Operation
Styles 42; 43 and 44
The
ISIMET Pulse Relay
Operator is pre-set for a twenty (20) minute shorten cycle of
operation for Style 42, five (5) minute for Style 43 and ten (10)
minute for style 44. The
adjustment knob on the printed circuit board may be adjusted for
slight desired variations in factory time settings.
Time Clock Operation
Style 44
An
Electromechanical 24-hr Timer incorporated into the unit permits the
user to program specific times of operation while permitting short
cycle operation via the START button. Unit can be provided with the
Start push button in lieu of the Key operating switch.
